Google Bad Review 1: Terrible service, I would score 0 stars if possible. I emailed them with 2 day notice asking for a poster print, emailed the document by the deadline they gave me, kept in constant communication to check that all was good, and they cancelled at the very last minute. Avoid.

Google Bad Review (2): If you are looking for a reliable and dependable printer then avoid this place at all costs.
I called up Saturday afternoon requesting an urgent print job for that evening or for collection in the morning for last minute stock for an event. The quote was higher than usual for a job of its type but on some compromise I accepted it due to the urgency.
I was in contact with Joe all afternoon via text, confirming when I would supply the files and arranging when I would collect (first thing in the morning).
After sending the files I was met with complete radio silence. I emailed to request confirmation of receipt of the files to no response, text messages the same. I called multiple times and heard nothing.
Despite their Google listing claiming to be 24 hours, this is fundamentally not true. I called both Joe and the company number to no response.
The website says collection is to be made from their Tabard Street branch, with which no address is listed. Having heard nothing all morning I headed to Tabard street where I searched high and low to find that a branch here does not exist.
This has been an absolute waste of my time when I could have been dealing with a printer who would fulfil the job instead.
Even if they are to respond at this point it's still well after the time we discussed that I'd collect and I am without the materials I needed.
I have just been to their oxford street address as listed on their site, Google etc. To find a blank frontage with a locked door and intercom. The intercom is for the next door JD sports.
Edit: They have responded to this review saying that collection wasn't agreed despite lengthy correspondence suggesting otherwise. This also avoids the fact that neither of their supposed business addresses exist. I also haven't had a response to my emails despite a response to this review.
