Google Bad Review 1: DO NOT go through this service for a cleaner. The first time we got someone, we suspected them of stealing money from our apartment. We discussed this with the owner and got a new cleaner. We had the new cleaner for about half a year until we once again, suspected that money was being taken again. I managed to put a recording in our apartment where we caught the cleaner stealing over 300 pounds.
When we took this up with the owner, we assumed their insurance would cover it and we could get our money back (hence why we went with a cleaning agency as these things happen). The manager was extremely difficult and told us we had to go through the police in order to claim it back. When we did this, they still refused to pay us.
Overall, we allowed the police to take action and they indeed managed to get our money back.
This cleaning service says they do DBS checks and are insured, yet they were no help at all and their cleaners were unprofessional. Please, do not go through with them.
