Google Bad Review (2): Really poor service and experience, took my immaculate BMW E60, only fault alloys scratched. RRP £4650 current value selling, we buy any car valued online £3851, after visiting and a quick 5min inspection outside took my service book and log book away and vcane back in 5 mins valuing it £3420, when asked why so low, the explanation was my alloys are scratched (BTW alloy repairs cost £40-£50) he mentioned he is being quite generous, I asked Nana car representative please show me how it's valued low he said they don't give any print outs or paperwork, after mentioning my dissatisfaction we went to office to check on their system, I noticed he put down body repair and damage when my car was not involved in any repair or damage plus other deduction which wasn't shown. I asked him why is it saying body damage, no explanation was given just a quick answer of “we don't force anyone to sell their car” I asked for proof of valuation printout, he advised just take picture we don't give print out however the extra deduction was not shown to me. Poor experience and misleading valuation. Advise if you are desperate in selling your car at Hugh low market value then go ahead otherwise a rip off.
