Google Bad Review: My sister was due to have three phone consultations with this organisation, none of which were kept to. She had a one to one meeting booked with “the manager” and was kept waiting for over an hour and was seen by someone else. No apologies were given and one of the front desk staff are very rude and undermining. It is unfortunate that organisations like this can get overwhelmed but when given an appointment it should be stuck to, especially when people are struggling and clearly needing the help. It has caused more stress than is necessary.
