Google Bad Review (2): Visited this morning to purchase a pair of earrings, after browsing asked to see a pair in window. I questioned if they was real silver as this was what I required and when she advised they was not I said I would like to see a different pair I had already seen. I pointed them out to her and sales person presented a different pair to me. I told her they was not correct and the pair I pointed out are bigger. She told me they were right and the display pair looks different due to lighting/glass window. I insisted that they was not correct and request she came to window to show her, she did not want to do this and continued to say they are the correct pair. After several requests for her to come to window, I asked to be served by someone else and questioned if she was the manager. She said that she was the manager and I politely asked for a 3rd time for her to come to window. She finally did and I was able to show her the correct earrings but instead of apologising she then attempted to pass blame back to me.

I thanked her for her time and said I would go elsewhere but this just shows why people shop online. For a manager to provide such a poor level of service is just not acceptable. I am extremely disappointed that I was unable to make my purchase and was actually upset that I had to keep attempting to show her the correct item.
