Google Bad Review 1: The day I purchased my car, I discovered the tyres were not balanced and had to pay to get this corrected. This was just the start. Oil leak, coil snap, broken links, replacement tyres, the list went on. I was guaranteed a new mot was recently completed and passed but the AA refuted the possibility given the oil leak. I returned the car for repair but it was done incorrectly. I have had to pay for courtesy car (£280) as I was unable to drive it as well as all of the repairs (£300). The dealership was unbelievably rude to me, not interested In helping me, not interested in ensuring a safe car and wanted to fobb me off at any opportunity. This has been the worst car purchasing experience I have ever had. The dealership is currently ignoring my requests for reimbursement. This was an awfully stressful experience and it is still not resolved.
