Google Bad Review 1: Walked in and waited for 15 minutes which would have not been an issue had I left satisfied. Unfortunately, I did not. Let's say first that I'm a massage therapist myself and all the below is professional feedback.
The routine and massage style would have been OK if you adjust the pace to the time and the client doesn't feel the rush every minute of it and most importantly, if you adjust the pressure to the client. If your customer has to say four times that the pressure is too much, then unfortunately his/her experience won't be very pleasant.
It sadly did not feel like a luxurious backrub at all and I could have saved the 24 pounds.Will not be going back.
