Google Bad Review: Utterly disappointed in the service and their attitude. I have visited the clinic twice in the past year. The first time I was delighted with the results and service, I visited for regular check up and teeth polishing.
Since I was happy with the result, I decided to rebook with a hygienist.Not only I did not get my teeth properly cleaned, as she did it manually (which apparently was done due to Covid). This was a big lie, as I went to another clinic after a month and they said they have been doing the cleaning as usual as they have their protective equipment. I wrote to the clinic and have not received any acknowledgment of my concern and dissatisfaction. Not only they did not respond, they have the courtesy to send me re – book reminders and emails.
Disgusting attitude, will never visit again and do not recommend this clinic.
