Google Bad Review 1: Appalling customer service. After paying for my upper teeth for Invisalign it took them 2 months to get them ordered and ready to be fitted after constantly calling them for an update – they hadn't ordered it until I called to chase after 3 weeks. Then for my lower teeth, I had to pay extra as they told me it was too crowded but unfortunately I have not heard from them since or been able to get through to them for an update. Also they gave me 4 months worth of supply for my upper teeth, after half way through my sets, they no longer fit – so I tried calling to arrange for an appointment but no answer. I have written to them for a refund but no reply so far. They are actively ignoring my calls and I have to call them on a different number to get answered but the answer is always the same – that they will call you back shortly – which never happens.

Google Bad Review (2): I am absolutely livid with the service I have been given here.
DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
I attended my consultation back on 20th September where I was advised by the dentist that I would have my braces put on within under a month of payment. My consultation was 55 minutes late but all went well and i was happy until…. I paid for my brace on the 13th October 17, since this date I have had to chase them up on four if not more occasions.
An appointment was finally booked for the fitting of my aligner, the 15th November with a lot of follow up phone calls however!. The day before my appointment I received a text to say it had been cancelled and to call a particular number to reschedule. I had booked time off work, made arrangements, although when i called the number the lady didn't know anything about it, advising me ‘Kelly' is the right person to speak too and she will call me back. However when i asked when as wanted to know the reasons why and when I can get my braces, the lady's reply was ‘oh it wont be this week, but I'm not sure when'. I wrote a complaint in straight after explaining how awful the service etc, and email was send straight back saying the doctor had an emergency however they could send my aligners in the post… YET the dentist i saw at my consultation advised that i would need to come in so he could put wires in my mouth to correct my over bite before beginning my brace. Cutting along story short, why would a professional dentist post aligners before seeing the customer and fitting it, especially as i was told they would need to correct my overbite before this? I've now requested a refund and am awaiting a reply, which I'm quite confident i doubt ill get a response. It may be cheaper going through west one but its not worth the unprofessional-ism, unorganized and poor service you will receive, if you even receive any!!!!
