Google Bad Review 1: Appalling customer service. Waited 3 months for my picture to be framed. I certainly will never use Vizability or recommend their services to anyone. If only there was an option for 0 stars. Simply terrible.

Google Bad Review (2): The worst experience ever. They told me the following working days would be ready, and when I went to pick up my cards, they didn’t notice that have my cards to print. I showed the design (because I didn’t know if when they published my cards would be the colour that I wanted). I asked them if I would have that colour. They told me yes (even they showed me the paint on an expensive piece of paper and I said that is the colour that I want but in the cheapest article Can I have that? and they said yes) then I went to pick up the cards. They printed it in another colour, and they wanted to charge me more money to make the design. Also, they were the worst customer service, they told me. It was my fault because the colour of their computer was different. I tried to explain three times that other devices are different. For that I asked before printed if I will have my colour, they didn’t listen to that, and they had tried to sell me the expensive paper or design and to tell me it was my fault (when I asked three times the colour at the beginning) I had to left because he was so rudest and was refusing, again and again, to listen what was happened instead of said apologies we will print again. I went to another printer, and the colour was perfect. They wanted to sell the expensive paper or the design. Avoid this place if you wish to have professionalism
