Google Bad Review 1: I went for an iron injection at this clinic this summer. I had to pay a non-refundable fee of £100 ahead of the appointment for a consultation and the injection would happen straight after if I agreed. The consultant arrived late, the “consultation” was a 2 minute chat where the lady said they do these injections several times a week, I have nothing to worry about and I should sign a contract (basically saying I take responsibility if anything goes wrong). The injection went wrong and after a few minutes or two there was a lot of pain in my arm and the lady took out the needle. She said she hadn't injected much of the iron and tried to convince me to try the other arm. I said I was feeling really dizzy and needed a break. She said I should wait outside as she continued with another customer and she never came back out to check on me. I left once I felt better. The clinic room is a rented room in a building and it is very simple with an old yoga block being used as a arm rest just as an example. Once I got home I realised that the nurse had punctured the vein and iron had leaked into the surrounding issue and cause a large black area on my arm (search for this online, a permanent dark spot on skin is a risk of iron injection). My doctor confirmed this was the case. It was not a bruise and I am sad to say it is still there 4 months on. The Vitamin Injection clinic had not warned about this possible permanent side effect and they sent me some vitamin patches as a compensation, paid me back the £100 consultancy fee and said the black mark on my arm should go away with time. Maybe it will, in a year or two but I want to let everyone know to do your research on risks. The mark on my arm looks like a large bruise and when wearing dresses and short sleeve tops it is very prominent. You can remove the dark skin spot by having laser treatment, something that costs close to £1000 at your own cost. I would not recommend this clinic.

Google Bad Review (2): Had a negative experience here. There was a miscommunication on both parts with me ending up losing £40 with no compromise or solution offered. I asked a simple clear question and received a misleading answer back. Felt like they are only there to make money. Straight away I was recommended for a course of 12 and additional treatments without any test to see what I really need. Paid £100 for a consultation which lasted no more than 5 minutes for a £60 single treatment
