Google Bad Review 1: I certainly would not recommend this Opticians practice I've just started to use them, and on 2 occasions they have not done what they promised 2 simple instructions of providing information of services that I've paid for to then get a private referral expadited to ensure I can get the treatment i need for my eyes sooner rather than later, i should have gone to a more well known high street based Opticians where at least I could have complained and had a better service. When someone is struggling to read with their eyesight in both eyes and needs the sight to have a normal home and work life its very important to that individual to the extent I asked for copies of scans/xrays to be sent to me by email so that I could forward them to an overseas Opticians to see if I can travel overseas at my own expense to get the treatment done ASAP …
