Google Bad Review 1: Rude and unreasonable. Arrived 5 minutes late to an eye appointment and they would not do it. I asked if there was someone in front of me, but no ‘store policy’. Store had 1 person in, and was not busy at all. Customer care – Joke.

Google Bad Review (2): Avoid this optician. I took two pairs of frames in here, one needing a standard set of lenses and one needing tinted (sunglass) lenses, and they messed up both. The plain lenses had water marks on them which wouldn't come off and the tinted lenses hadn't been coated in an anti-glare finish so my vision was full of reflections. When I went in the shop to explain the issue they tried to tell me that I should have opted for the polarised lenses to avoid unwanted reflections in the tinted lenses. On the plain lenses – which they did finish with anti-glare – they cleaned them (with a special fluid “not available to the general public”) and tried to tell me they we fine. They weren't, plus they'd chipped them in the process. They offered to “meet me half way” with the £30 additional cost to sort out my tinted lenses which I was not happy with and so I asked for a full refund. To be fair, they did refund my £200 but the customer service was appalling. And frankly I'm massively out of pocket in terms of time wasted.
