Google Bad Review 1: I usually do not leave reviews but this was so bad and such a serious matter that I felt I have to.
HORRIBLE service, I gave them a call to discuss my options for my citizenship application and they could not even bother to explain how they can help. I explained that what they are telling me on the phone contradicts the information I found on the home office website but they guy on the phone kept repeating him self, giving me the same and the same information. My words were, what you are telling me does not make much sense in contradict the home office instructions, can you please help me a bit further, clearly he could not be bothered. I am a PhD engineer and a switched on guy I am sure if he had offered a bit more helped I would have understood but there are matters like this where you need an expert to make the process more transparent, clearly this is not Visa Solutions.
As a followup I called the home office and the information I was given by Visa Solutions were in fact incorrect and the ones on their website have been accurate. I probably stand a better chance doing the application my self than with them. That also explains why what they were saying did not make sense in the first place.
