Google Bad Review (2): Bad experience with Club V. (A while ago, will leave names of good staff at the bottom)
Staff are rude and unaccommodating, bar a few. When you go to drop a child off all you can hear is the staff gossiping and given attitude by one particular member of staff, whom i shall not name.
After doing research, realised their last Ofsted check was 2006, this is an absolute disgrace and if i had known this beforehand i would not have brought my child to this club.
I have seen children screaming when being dropped off with certain members of staff and who instantly stop when a different member of staff is brought through, this is not an attachment to the other staff, this comes off as genuine fear. Have seen one member of staff be physical with children and has been reported to Ofsted (Still heard nothing, from over a year ago, and believe this member of staff is still in the setting)
When i was still there the best staff were Laila, Ruth, Kirstie, Ella and Anhaf. By far, the most professional and helpful and friendly staff there. Was so sad to see Kirstie and Ella go before we left. The rest of the staff were rude and had attitude problems, quite frankly.
