Google Bad Review 1: Terrible service at reception, I was considering upgrading from my VA Tower Hill membership and wanted to try out the gym. Guy at reception insisted I pay £20 for a chance to try, which I wouldn't get back if I decided not to upgrade. No thanks. Nice way to treat loyal VA members! Other VAs seem to have very good customer service so maybe this one is just an exception…
