Google Bad Review (2): Gracie had been going to this vets since she was 12 weeks old, had her first jabs here, signed up for puppy club and everything. When Gracie was 1 years old we took her for her booster jab which she had. A few weeks later was called to say she never had her jabs and she needs to be brought back in, I said she has but insisted I brought her in. When I brought her in the receptionist gave me a grilling saying she never had her first jabs when she was a puppy, I said she has and was pretty much told off by the receptionist made me feel like like I never cared properly for her, the vet then said she hasn't had them and proceeded with her jabs. I went home and checked her passport and it showed she had them like I thought. I was angry, I showed them the proof and complained and the vet said sorry they forgot to record her first jabs on computer and told me the worse that can happen from being over vaccinated is getting allergies. Not long after my dog started getting all year allergies that we still haven't been able to find out what they are, she had been on apoquel for over 2 years, now she has to go for an injection every month, our dog has suffered because of this and has costed us thousands of pounds, this happened at few years ago, but whenever I talk to people about it they are shocked and tell me they would have sued. The vets do care for the animals I can't say that they don't but this is a mistake which should have never happened, the way the receptionist, spoke to me was a disgrace, and the prices here are double what a nearby vets charge. Our dog has suffered unnecessarily for using this vets.
