Google Bad Review 1: Not only am I disappointed by the complete lack of communication between staff leading to the Vet not looking for what they should have been looking for, my complaints have just been met with more of the same.
My emails seem to have not been read by the practice manager who is making demands for money without addressing the problem.
After speaking to the actual vet who admitted they were not given the information & had very clearly gone over with the staff I initially spoke too, I thought I might at least get an apology but no, just several texts demanding payment.
I have already paid the consultation fee (which was higher than the actual treatment cost) but I didn't receive the treatment that was needed so I feel I have already overpaid. If I could leave less than one star I would.
Very disappointing & extremely worrying.

Google Bad Review (2): Made an appointment for my sick puppy today, called before the appointment to tell them we're going to be 10 minutes late – we had to walk slower because he wasn't feeling ok. They said it's fine and we should come in as soon as we could.
Arrived there 13 minutes later versus the initial appointment and they told me they couldn't see us anymore because we were too late. The person who answered the phone was very rude. I just wish she told me from the start we were going to lose the appointment. I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of walking with the sick puppy if I knew.
Will try to avoid at all costs.
