Google Bad Review 1: The hotel was not how I had expected it to be, I wrote a note on the website saying it’s my partners birthday and our two year anniversary plus it’s New Year’s Eve too so therefore it’s a double celebration and if they could kindly do the room up, I was told everything was done on the day of the arrival. Once me and my partner checked in our room. Nothing was done in the room to make our night special there was two champagne glasses and a bottle with an anniversary card. Clearly none of the staff were bothered when the staff member had said she did the room up, I was expecting to see a bit more of an effort as we were paying for the night for example roses or a nice gesture to our night. The bed was NOT comfy at all and has given myself and my partner a back ache . The next door room people were making so much noise and running up and down the corridors at 5am to end our evening me and my partner had played music for our special occasion but then get a knock on our door from management saying “we are making too much noise” -_- I would definitely not go back to the hotel and I wouldn’t recommend going there again!

Google Bad Review (2): Aweful. Just aweful. This company definitely doesn't know how to treat guests. The staff was friendly, but I wouldn't want my enemies to have to stay there or use their facilities.
