Google Bad Review (2): Extremely un-courteous staff especially the lady I had the unfortunate displeasure of having to deal with when going through the barrier gate towards platform 17 (i.e. the South Coast trains) Full of arrogance and a cockiness not becoming of a lady of her age. Extremely un-helpful when she could see we were struggling with several bags, a trolly and a dog. I spoke with the the station manager after the incident and I was the lady in question deemed it necessary to stand right next to him…displaying the same facial attitude and aggression she dishes out to her customers so It made making the complaint fairly easy as I was able to point out the attitude problem to her manager. Not that anything will come of a complaint like this…however I will be following this not so glowing review up with an official email of complaint. As the final face you see leaving London her attitude was fairly indicative of London as a whole these days having lived there for 27 years and thankfully not anymore. Some customer service training wouldn't go a miss and not just a one day course.
