Google Bad Review: I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Victorian Plumbing is the worst service I have every received so thought I'd share. I only ordered one item for my new bathroom from the company but I wish I'd paid more and bought elsewhere. I ordered a toilet that arrived broken. I called up and at this point they were very helpful and arranged a next day delivery for a new one. This also arrived broken. It was this point where the trouble started. I called up on the Friday to be told I could recieve a new one by the Saturday. I didn't hear anything so called on the Saturday to be told I shouldn't have been told Saturday, it would arrive on Tuesday at the latest. VP say you can track your order online but the only information it gives is a vague ‘end of the day' and you recieve no indication of time slot, or even day. In the end, my toilet did not arrive until 7pm on the Wednesday, despite many calls from me to VP about the urgency as at this point I had been without a flushing toilet for a week and a half. VP was very dismissive and made me feel like this was my fault and my problem despite the fact they had delivered two broken toilets and were 6 days late in finally delivering the third (which thankfully was in one piece). At every stage I had to call or email them and received limited communication in return, always from a different team member so I had no idea if my complaints were even being logged as I was having to re-explain my situation daily. In the end, they begrudgingly offered me £50 off my order of £230 and this was after a LOT of calls and pressure. They then only refunded me half of that amount until I complained AGAIN. I was still not happy with such a paltry discount for all the stress, time and money the issue had caused me so continued to pursue my claim and have been ignored ever since. On top of all of this, it is the customer's responsibility and cost to dispose of these bulky broken toilets that are now littering my house. NEVER USE VICTORIAN PLUMBING!!!!!
