Google Bad Review 1: Recommended to us for exotic pets some 6 or so years ago. Great vets back then. Those great vets up and left (wonder why). Now they are awful scammers playing on the vulnerabilities of pet owners and their pet that absolutely definitely has to have overnight stay at £400 a night else their pet will die. Lies conjured for one reason only..££££. Guess what – our pet didn't stay overnight and low and behold still alive and kicking to this day some 2 years later.
Seriously avoid this place. We go to EasyPet in Dartford. Much better and a solid common sense, no scam approach to pet ownership!!

Google Bad Review (2): We’ve used the Sidcup branch for since it opened.
The two Spanish vets, Raphael and Javier were excellent, as was the young Spanish lady vets.
Unfortunately last year they all left. They are now a bunch of locums, who are poor to say the least.
Today was our 3rd and last experience since the Covid service has started. This means you wait at least 30 minutes after your appointment, in the cold. Nobody informs you why they are keeping you waiting.
The waiting room is big enough to have at least 6 chairs with distancing between them, but no, outside you must stay.
Today, after the usual wait, we watched a delivery driver walk in, without a mask, getting close to the receptionist, who was greeted with a smile and a quick comment.
When it was finally our turn,the stoney faced vet, motioned from behind the glass, for us to put a mask on. We are exempt and in the open air, so we motioned the sign language back to her.
She simply turned away and disappeared. She never came back. I remonstrated with the receptionist, who told me the vet would ring me!
I have 2 dogs and a cat. We spend a few thousand a year on treatments at this vets, but they’ve had the last penny I’ll ever spend in there.
Atrocious service.
