Google Bad Review 1: Literally the worst experience of my life. I had come in to see June to get my lashes redone as I felt my lashes were too short. Initially I rang back the lady who done my lashes first but unfortunately she wasn't available and so June got recommended to me. I rang her up very last minute to see if she had time for me, she mentioned she's got an client coming in but she will be able to squeeze me in. This is where it starts to go wrong. She decided it was best to take of my lashes off first with a removal cream and because she was rushing she slapped it all over my lashes rather than gently and carefully applying to my lashes, after all we're dealing with eyes here. This has caused me to have the worst experience ever as the removal cream got in my eyes and both my eyes started stinging and burning, I couldn't see anything, literally the most painful experience ever! I started screaming and shouting as you can imagine when you're already in that much pain, on top of that I couldn't see! Tears started flooding down my face! Extremely traumatising to say the least! After a good hour, things had finally calm down, June suggested to still get my lashes done by her, and after a lot of contemplating I had agreed. The applying of the lashes, again I felt like was very unprofessional, you would think because of the traumatising experience she would have been a lot more gentle. She started off by putting tape ON MY BOTTOM LASHES instead of underneath it, now mind you this has to stay on there for a tie she applies my top lashes on, so by the time it was time to take off the tape, my bottom lashes got stuck on the tape and she starts RIPPING off my lashes from the tape to which my bottom lashes have all come off. Now please imagine someone ripping your bottom lashes off, again another PAINFUL/HORRIBLE experience. What really did it for me is, the fact that after she put my lashes on, and my bottom lashes got ripped out, my eyes were still very much stinging and when I asked why it's still stinging she had the cheek to get irritated with me and really had made me feel like it was MY FAULT!! I've never wrote a bad review for anyone and I honestly haven't got anything against June personally I don't even know her but I feel as though being that you're dealing with one of the most sensitive features of your body, THE EYES, I have to inform people about my experience and let them decide what they want to do from here on on wards.

Google Bad Review (2): Very unprofessional, asked me to give her a 5 start review BEFORE she even started which is totally unacceptable!!! Was eating chocolates in the middle of her doing my lashes and touching my face without washing her hands. Very unhygienic!!! Definitely don't recommend her!!!
