Google Bad Review 1: I would never choose to use the Vehicle Accident Repair Centre (VARC) again, they took ages (six weeks) doing what was minor accident damage – I didn't chase them up as my thoughts were they must be doing a good job if its taking this long… How wrong my thoughts were.
They presented my vehicle back (1st Attempt) in a very bad way, the bumper was still out of alignment, as was the side wheel arch trim, the black plastic bumper had even been coloured in badly in an attempt at hiding the damage rather than replacing the part plus the alloy still had scratches over it. Paint bubbles were clearly visible along the edge of the “repaired” wing.
They took the car away for yet another two weeks and it still came back with the bumper out of alignment. I was not happy so spoke to my insurer Allianz who advised me that I had been fair and given them a chance to rectify the problem and now they were sending out an assessor to view the car.
The assessor agreed that it was unacceptable and that they should be told to do it again which he will arrange, and that HE personally will be overseeing the repair and will meet me again at point of completion / collection. The final repair was done to an acceptable standard but it took six weeks start to finish for very minor accident damage. 10/10 to Allianz for dealing with VARC but 0/10 to VARC.
If you can, and your policy / insurer allows it I'd suggest your vehicle goes elsewhere for repair.

Google Bad Review (2): AVOID, AVOID AVOID @ all cost. I have had problems with them from day one from when my car got taken to their garage until it got delivered to my home address today.
I am going to take this further and going to trading standards & social media after reading people's comments on this review as I too have experienced simpler problems with them these last 4 weeks.
