Google Bad Review: Do not use! I was suppose to have a courtesy car when they collected my vehicle which never happened and was told there would be one following day. Never heard anything so I chased them up and told the courtesy car didn't come back and would be back shortly and they would deliver it to me next day between 1000 and 1500. That next day waited till 1600 and rung and was told I was never booked in for a courtesy car to be delivered. Now I haven't got a car to go to work! When I spoke to the manager Kelly she wasn't that helpful either, when I rung at 1600 after not having a courtesy car for 3 days she refused to send out staff there and then to rectify the problem. Avoid at all costs!
