Google Bad Review 1: Too much rush around 6 and 7pm even on a weekday. It took us 2.45 hours at restaurant for 5 of us and the eating time was just 20 mins. Rest all the time is waiting time and mind it this is a self serve and so have to wait in queue for that long. Spoiled our entire evening and therefore 1 star. Food and ambience is good but because it's so much queue there are frustration on people's faces and therefore every customer is literally on the verge of a venting their anger out…and therefore beware of crossing or cutting anyone and especially for table space.
Not enough cleaning staff too on top floor…
Even for drinks one had to wait in the long queue and the vending machines are really missed there.

Google Bad Review (2): Not really impressed – basically just felt like a disorganised Nandos with Italian dishes. Our party was split and had to que separately for the dishes we wanted to order. Also, you have to use a separate que for some alcoholic drinks and coffee! Some were served food after others had finished. I actually gave up on the queuing and went around the corner for a burrito at Benito's Hat. At least I was served, had burrito, beer and returned before the party had finished!
