Google Bad Review: Firstly they were one hour late for the appointment. Secondly they charge far more after they inspect the place. The price is absurd and non-negotiable. And didn’t even accept precleaning. Not reliable at all. Be aware. If you don’t care about the highly changeable cleaning price, then go for it. Not recommended at all!!!!

I would like to just state some facts:
1. We have agreement that the cleaning service will be at 9:30am. I got the message of you being one hour late at 9:06am.
2. The original asking price is £165. When the lady inspects the place (in a very condescending way), she then increased the price to £270, which is utterly absurd. Please note that it is just a small studio flat. (I had another quote from another company at £110 but due to the time conflict, I couldn’t use their service. )
3. I have arranged another cleaning service at a cheaper rate £145 for the studio flat end of tenancy cleaning. And they haven’t had any say about the condition of the studio flat after they arrive. And just started the job right away. (I am a bit relieved that Vamoose didn’t accept my £200 offer)
Here are my personal comments:
The way Vamoose inspects your place is very condescending. It feels like everything is so dirty. Hello, it is end of tenancy cleaning, not a new flat you are moving in. If the place is clean, why do I need your service? And who makes you the judge to decide the level of cleanliness? It is very subjective. And if they are the judge, they can say whatever they want just to increase the price.
And on another note, being late for an hour is already not acceptable. If I am going to do the pre-cleaning, it may just take me a few minutes. If I wait for you for an hour, why can’t you wait for me for a few minutes? I simply don’t understand their logic here.
I am not the judge of their standard. If they claim to be the high standard, then ok. I am just unlucky to have their high-standard service.
