Google Bad Review 1: The person in charge of my Tax return did not disclose it to its employer and billed on his own personal account. I have been noticed only one year after that my filing had not properly been verified and that there could still be mistakes. The only reason I was informed was because I reached them, otherwise I might never had known. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend.

Google Bad Review (2): I have a lot to say about this company so I will try to condense it;
Service – The tax agent assigned to me was very rude from the moment we met in person. She had a ‘hard sale’ approach and this immediately made me very weary.
Pricing – I was told this service would cost £600 plus VAT and additional processing fees. When I asked her if there is a contingency if for any reason they are unable to provide me with an ITIN number if my payment protected, she said there is a section on the agreement that says I will be refunded if they cannot help me. There was no such section – after I told her this she went out of the office room told her assistant to add a section and printed it off anew. At this point I felt very uncomfortable and said I will speak to my agency before I sign and agree to terms – she then told me, ‘you’ll find cheaper but I wouldn’t trust it … best of luck” when she knew she had lost a client she became very bitter and didn’t even see me out.
