Google Bad Review: It’s a late review but I would have to share this to be fair.
I booked one week boarding for my 11 months old Pomeranian at the end of November 2021. I booked it online and everything was APPROVED according to email confirmation. Before I am going on flight the next day , I started to feel insecure and ring them up to see what’s the procedure for checking in and what to bring etc as my puppy only went for few hours day care before .
The lady on the phone said the booking wasn’t confirmed because we need a trial night first !!!!! Wowwww not expected to hear that with the confirmation approval and no call from them at all.
They never said that anywhere that a TRIAL NIGHT was required and they never bothered to give me a ring to inform me . Did they ever think why we need to book a week boarding ? Is it for dog staycation ?? Clearly the owners have to go somewhere without the dog !!!
Anyways we don’t have back up solutions in such a short notice and have to bring in my puppy immediately for a trial night and hope he can pass. Next morning the lady called me and said my puppy didn’t pass as he has been barking all night and I would need to take him back . I disappointedly said that is there anything you can do as I have flight to catch in the evening.
After hanging up I started looking for solutions and also feeling very upset that my puppy is nervous in a environment but if you ever check on him once he would hv calmed down and be ok not barking overnight !! He loves seeing people!
Later the club rang me back and said she can try to let my dog sleep with their night guardian tonight and still not OK then a staff can bring him home. I refused him because they could have done it the first night . They could have check on him the first night not letting a puppy bark all night in the room and just IGNORE COMPLETELY.
The Worst thing is when I picked him up he was so dirty omg.. he obviously had lose stool and no one cleaned his bum up a bit. His tears were dried all around his eyes and he fell into sleep straight away once he got in the car.
I purely just don’t think the staffs here like our dogs than money. What they cared about is I need to pay fully for the first night ( A trial night ).
DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you have an independent boy or girl just need a room from them and you are desperate lol
