Google Bad Review: After checking in a lot of places, I have decided to trust in urban cooling for my air conditioning because they said that would be no holes and very quiet (I have to pay extra for a decorator) but when I have started to use the air conditioning in my room, I found that it’s very noise (something that nobody bother to tell us) and when I have called to complaint about the noise, they offered to have a hole in every unit!!! And of course, they will charge me again!
I have paid extra for nothing!!!
