Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely oversell themselves, one of the worst companies out there… not responsive, small time trying to make out there big time… don’t even get me started on Ben khiban who works there, he himself is a joke don’t know how he is a manager his staff are better then him a true circus act and he is the starring clown.

Google Bad Review (2): I don't normally write reviews but I feel I have the duty to warn anyone who is thinking to use Urang as their management company.
There are no words to describe how inefficient and negligent these people are.
We chased them for 2+ years to get some work done and they weren't able to put 3 quotes together. They weren't able to understand very simple questions and at times come up with stupid lies to cover themself.
They have delayed the process of selling 3 of the flats in the building because unable to provide the necessary answers and papers in a timely manner.
All the solicitors involved warned all buyers to change management company asap, frustrated by having to deal with them and also because of how our accounts were managed.
Given our experience, I don't quite understand how they can possibly have any positive review other than if they were written by themself.
We finally changed management company and we are so much happier.
