Google Bad Review 1: Possibly the worst post office in east London. Untrained staff who don’t know how to send a parcel. Luckily I checked the receipt after sending a parcel to see that the address was uploaded wrong. I went into change it and all the man did was changed the numbers with a pen on my receipt and on the parcel. He was on his phone whilst serving me no wonder the mistake was made. Will not be coming here again unless the parcel isn’t delivered.

Google Bad Review (2): The girl working there (early 20s, braces) is the worst human being ever. Avoid her and this place unless you are fine with being mistreated and overcharged.
Embarrassing lack of technical skills, no idea of what customer service is about, sassy and unjustified attitude . She made me spend way more than I was supposed to because rather than asking me (politely) the right questions and listening to what I was desperately trying to tell her, she just assumed she knew everything and wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible (the shop was completely empty). She is in line with the rude attitude of east London girls and receptionists (Newham Medical Centre is another perfect example of this). People should understand that if they do not study and do not try to improve themselves, if they do not stop making excuses for themselves, east London is the place where they were born and east London is the place where they will die.
Piece of advice for her: work on how to articulate your speech, I know that the protective glass and braces do not help but the way you talk and the way you pronounce words is utterly incomprehensible.
