Google Bad Review: Incredibly disappointed and a terrible liar. I accidentally stumbled upon United City Motors and was met by Sam otherwise known as Samir the owner who claims to have over 25 years experience in the motor industry. I had dropped my car off for a ‘full valet' service and asked him to change one of the break lights.
He told me very proudly and confidently he had carried out the valet on his own. When I asked him if he had changed the break light, said he hadn't and asked me to show him. So when I did, he said ah yes I remember now, I did it earlier.
I left the garage and drove home. The car was still filthy. Inside and out. Checked the break with my dad and it was still not working.
Untrustworthy. Do not use this garage. I wouldn't even rate it one star. I highly do not recommend.
In RESPONSE:
‘Sam' one of the white paint splatters wasn't even there before I left the car at the garage. I have since, scraped off the remaining white splatters with a moist wipe applying pressure. Do NOT continue to lie. LOL. It's evident from the photo if the dashboard had been wiped at all it would have been removed. Regardless the coffee stain evidence speaks for itself.
In RESPONSE to:
“”The small light bulb (that lights red) on the back passenger side was changed and on testing, in your presence”” – YES WHILST I SAT INSIDE THE CAR PRESSING THE BRAKE. So there was no way for me to verify with my own eyes besides taking your corrupted word for it.
This was my first and ONLY visit and good riddance. I have dodged a bullet and I hope anybody reading this review does too.
