Google Bad Review 1:  Well I had quite a big job to do in my property, boiler replacement and relocation, Nish asked me money in advance ( strange for a business) but anyway I understand he may not have back founds for his business, anyway I gave him half of the amount he asked so he could do the job and get, finally , some heating and hot water to my tenants with their children, it was a cold December. When he finally finished the job, he threatened my tenants and actually refused to start the new boiler till full payment was received. As I was busy with work ( he knew that) and I couldn’t be present when he finished the job nish refused to start the new boiler leaving a family with small children without heating or hot water. Right that evening I made full payment for the outstanding balance so his worries that an regular client would run away without paying were clear. Finally he may have realised how unprofessional his behaviour was, after he started the new boiler , tried to excuse himself with silly excuses, but at this point trust was lost and as revenge he never gave me details of the new boiler 7 years warranty. I use to be a regular customer, always paid cash any amount he asked for without questioning even if was pricey. Anyway nish lost an affectionate customer not only for his unprofessional behaviour but mainly because as person he failed in the moment he left a family with small children without hot water and heating in the middle of the winter .
Where is the so called care of duty?
At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if, for save on material, he would put safety at risk.

Even when answered my review nick was out of subject.
The warranty issue is the minor bad thinks,
Am talking about that I gave you half of the money before doing the job and we hadn’t any agreement ( you just couldn’t afford the materials),
My responsibilities was to get a plumber in and obviously I got the wrong guy, you worked for me in the past and get paid the amount you ask for and right away, you ok till is about descaling a boiler or flush the siphons but I think this job was too big for you.
Recently refurbished the property and the builders and plumbers had to remove all the death end pipes you left under the floor and walls.
As I said you refused to start the central heating because you were scared to don’t get paid , but I did explain to you on that day that I was busy at work that day, you were sitting in my property and knew were I lived so I couldn’t run away and not for few thousands pound, if bit clever you would have work this out.
Anyway you lost a good expanding customer and I found professionals working for me.
Like I said it was too big job for you in costs and job quality.
Poor value for money.

Google Bad Review (2):  This guy is a complete rip-off. He charged me £800 to change a simple thing on my boiler which I ended up doing myself (did some simple research on the internet and bought the part myself). The warranty from Vaillant costs much much much much less per year anyway. He uses YouTube to promote his dodgy business because he knows people in need will turn to YouTube. He uses his dad to help him and has no staff. Its sad when I see the positive reviews … how many people has this guy ripped off?
