Google Bad Review 1: All statements are my personal opinion and result from my personal experience. I actually plan to file a complaint with the Department Of Insurance for Un-Ethical behaviors.
Must say this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and is still ongoing. I had water damage and notified my insurance company Nationwide in the fall of last year, I agreed to let them use one of their companies and it turns out this was a horrible mistake.
It was bad from day one with Ungerman, it seemed as though they were not interested in the job at all, at one point I was even told by them that they were not making any money off this job and by their lack of professionalism I actually believed it.
The problems started almost immediately, it was my shower that was leaking and when they came by at first they could not find what was leaking, tore open the celling in my kitchen and I cant even tell you how long they left it like this. It was going back and forth between them and the insurance as to when the work would be completed. At one point an employee with Ungerman even told me I picked the wrong insurance company and should have used USAA.
They finally came in and closed up the kitchen then the repairs to the bathroom were suppose to start. I kept asking for a start date and they kept coming up with an excuse why they did not start, seemed to always blame it on the insurance, funny thing was the insurance had already approved it and sent me the check to give it to them once they finish the repairs, which they never did.
Finally after all of this I contacted my insurance and asked they send someone else, but of course I got a nice bill from ungerman telling me I would have to pay extra charges if I did not pay them within their required time. I never used them or called them.
Here I am almost 8 months later and still cannot use my shower becuase Ungerman did not do their job and would rather blame the insurance. Very unprofessional group, I have worked with multiple contractors in the past on company and personal projects in the hundreds of millions of dollars and I must say this is the most unprofessional organization I have ever did business with. I personally would not recommend them to anyone and will never use them or allow them to be used in my home or any business dealing. My suggestion is if your insurance says these guys are coming out make them go with someone else.

I did document all of my communications just incase anyone tried to say my add was false and can provide as needed .

They lied about how much water was on the floor before I cleaned up, to the estimator.
The communication was not good.
The cleaning waa ok but missed every dust coated window sill.
$5600 for 5 day clean up after water damage behind fridge.
They started on time every day.
They had a mess with the insulation to clean up.
