Google Bad Review 1: we had a flat with this lot we purchased approx. 16 yr ago and spent 12 years being victims of their sneaky underhanded threats and lack of attentiveness in regards to building management we then wanted to sellup to get away from them and they blocked our sale for 2 years eventualy after a long legal process we had a ccj ordered against them which finaly freed us from their grasp. they still refused to pay the ccj even to this day. we havnt heard from them in 4 yrs now regarding our ccj award for their behaviour. a shocking family and company, run a mile if your thinking of doing business with this lot they should be ashamed and don't believe a word on their website completely fabricated testomonials.

Google Bad Review (2): Unfortunately I didn't share the positive experiences described in other reviews. I am still in dispute with Ultra Estates over part of my rent deposit and they have stopped answering any calls or replying to my emails. I have also not been informed about which rent deposit scheme they are using which seems to be a violation of UK renters' rights. I am planning to follow up this issue with an attorney. If you are looking for short-term lets in central London, I can only advise you to go elsewhere.
