Google Bad Review 1: Terrible management. Got vacated with one month notice due to full refurbishment of the flat and still got charged for cleaning from my deposit. As if it was my decision to leave the flat (and as if there was so much to clean before a refurb).

Any questions or request takes weeks to answer and have to call them 10 times with the same thing before they get back to me with a vogue answer. Even though my last rental period was only 6 days, Ultra Estates billed me a full month and it took me several weeks and countless phone calls to eventually get refunded. It also takes ridiculously long (and quite a lot of chasing) to get back the deposit.

Just as a side note, the quality of the cleaning service this company provides is below standard. Not to mention that the Landlord had a bunch of personal stuff in the hallway cupboard, leaving almost no storage space for household items to use.

Also, I had to purchase a new key to the main entrance from a third party after mine had suddenly bent while opening the door. The unauthorised copied key this agency provided me with was considered dangerous by the concierge, who warned me that if the key breaks while opening the front door, I would be charged 500 GBP for causing damage to the building. Even though I sent Ultra Estates a copy of my receipt, the purchase price of the new key has never been refunded.

The only thing on the positive side: Ruggero Repetto is an amazing estate agent – outstanding work ethic and professionalism is what describes him the most. It's a shame that these traits are not shared across the wider team.

Google Bad Review (2): we had a flat with this lot we purchased approx. 16 yr ago and spent 12 years being victims of their sneaky underhanded threats and lack of attentiveness in regards to building management we then wanted to sellup to get away from them and they blocked our sale for 2 years eventualy after a long legal process we had a ccj ordered against them which finaly freed us from their grasp. they still refused to pay the ccj even to this day. we havnt heard from them in 4 yrs now regarding our ccj award for their behaviour. a shocking family and company, run a mile if your thinking of doing business with this lot they should be ashamed and don't believe a word on their website completely fabricated testomonials.
