It is AWFUL, just literally an awful experience. Insecure men who believe their life worth is in what piece of iron they can lift. This is the worst of what London fitness offers. It was so bad that I am so scarred I cannot even get off the tube for work at Green Park station anymore as I get PTSD flashbacks.
If you are insecure with little self-worth, then this place and its disciples will be perfect for you.
Otherwise cross the road, you will thank me for it.
