Google Bad Review (2): Overall a fairly good experience and recommend to anyone that’s stuck in a fitness rut! Training at UP helped me learn a lot more about weight training and posture so can’t fault them for the workouts. The only negatives are that two months into logging my food on My Fitness Pal on a daily basis, my trainer told me I shouldn’t be eating cashews for my nut allowance because they're too high carb, despite the fact I had logged it for 8 weeks on a daily basis and even mentioned in person a few times so felt the nutrition guidance was lacking. My trainer also told me whilst he had an extended leave over Christmas just to follow a Joe Wicks YouTube workout… Surely for the price of the membership there should be original content? Sadly I didn't really see much difference between the UP experience and the PT I've recently been using at PureGym.
