Google Bad Review 1: I went last night for the first time. It was good to try, as It was recommended by a friend, but I won’t be returning anytime soon for sure: not sure one could call those ravioli dumplings given the flavours and consistencies are 100% western with a little soy sauce on the side. And worst thing, 16 people in a basement as big as my closet, literally. No one could move, not even to leave in fact our table had to be lifted and held for me to come out. My friend had to put her glass on the floor because of no space on the table, and the whole experience was just horrendous. I mentioned to the waiter that that room would pass no health and safety test, that it was hard to stand or even breathe. She said inspectors signed it off. Inspectors might have signed off building specs, but no inspector would ever sign that off 16 people who can’t stand, move or breathe in a basement with no windows as safe. I will report pictures to council on Monday. At best they will have to remove at least 3/4 tables and allow people to breath and move comfortably in case of an emergency. It was one of the worst dining experiences of my life.
ADDED IN RESPONSE TO THE BELOW: I'm sorry, but there was nothing safe about that basement room last night. I have no doubt that the council signed it off as structurally compliant with regulations, what I am saying is that you simply cannot have that amount of people in such a tiny confined space with no windows and such steep stairs. There is no way that people can run away should anything happen: I will say it again, for me to be able to leave my table, the table had to be lifted and held off the ground, just so that I could sneak out. Our glasses were on the floor because the tables are ridiculously small. I'm not talking about privacy, I'm talking about safety. Why not just remove two-three tables and have people be able to breathe?

Google Bad Review (2): Rubbish customer service. Unattended for over 45mins. Food not great compared to highly priced menu. I would recommend going to a better restaurant with customer service worth your time.
