Google Bad Review 1: Wasted my time quoting for a job on Thursday only to tell me they could not do it on Friday because “we have a large local authority job on that week”. This was despite knowing my move date from the outset, told again on Wednesday when they visited to estimate, and again on Thursday when I clarified the quote and despite their office actually closing on Thursday evening for Christmas.
Entirely impossible that this job materialised between me speaking to them late on Thursday and calling to pay on Friday at 10am (when their office was technically closed).
I can't believe that they didn't know about the local authority job from the outset and simply didn't bother to check their schedule until I rang to pay….suggest they could avoid wasting customers' time and their own by first checking their schedule before visiting & quoting.
