Google Bad Review (2): I really like the convenience, flexibility and variety that comes with using tutor house. I love their service and have met some great tutors. It must be said not all tutors are amazing but it's not TutorHouse's fault, I think they do a great job.
My problem however is with the new website. Ever since the change it's been very annoying to get much done in the site. Every time I open a new tab, I have to log in all over again. Which is more than just frustrating, everything takes longer. Especially if I'm browsing and comparing multiple tutors. Some more frequent users probably are affected more.
Another issue is leaving feedback. I am currently having lessons with an amazing tutor and would like to give a positive feedback but I can't. I simply cannot find the button for it. Tutor house emails you a link after each lesson asking you to leave a feedback, but when I click it, it opens a new tab of tutorhouse homepage. (not the first time this happened) I have to log in again and no option for feedback.
Too many times have I been lost in the website looking for basic features that any website would have.
The core service of tutorhouse is amazing and I will continue to use it. However I'm giving 3 stars because it's been some time since the new website was launched and I think they can definitely fix some of these issues. Think about how many potential customers were put off by the website design and bugs, and ended up using another company's service because they have a better website.
