Google Bad Review 1: I used this company a year ago my mother was showing signs of servere dementia and had trouble looking after herself and her dog , tu care were employed for two 45 minute lunchtime sessions a week, they complained that my mother was not clearing up after her dog properly, as she had dementia symptoms and the company was supposed to have excellent dementia care i was confused as to why they would find my mothers behaviour strange. T u care bowed out after two weeks saying their carers would not put up with the mess, they then reported my mum to the rspca, my mothers gold wedding ring disappeared we have never found it. My mother turned out to be suffering from stage four lung cancer that had gone to her brain . She ended up in a home and a six weeks later passed away. It was a very stressful time and I felt we had just been dumped , it was to much trouble for them to help. I hope they help anyone reading this better than than they helped my mum, I still feel so guilty and should of moved in with her instead of letting strangers in her home.
