Google Bad Review: Prospective buyers, be warned!!!! They will try every trick in the book to con you! Their loyalty lies solely with the sellers and as potential buyer, you are just a number and cash cow to them.
In fairness, the same could be said of a lot of estate agents but these guys are SHARKS!

If you decide to deal with them, they'll tell you they need to make sure you are proceedable but do NOT speak to their mortgage broker as they'll slyly pressurise you into making a higher bid (although they denied that). Have your own papers and get your own mortgage in principle with a lender in place before talking to them (although that wasn't enough for them in my case).

If they do not respond to your calls and messages after your offer has been accepted (that happened to me), just assume you have been gazumped and move on because they will leave you hanging for days.

And don't get upset, you won't get much sympathy from them.

Edit after Truuli's response: Prospective Buyers be warned again !!!!…..Gazumping is a practice you will experience with rogue agents like Truuli. Several estate agents frown upon this practice and are more respectful of buyers.
Truuli claim they do not encourage gazumping but the experience I had with them proved me otherwise. They made absolutely no attempt to contact me from the moment my offer was “accepted” by the seller. In fact, they left me hanging for several days, ignoring all my calls and emails and only got back to me when they managed to get higher offers.
They use rogue financial advisers/mortgage brokers (the one I dealt with was Katy Eatenton) to get you “financially checked” but these “advisers” are only interested in assessing your affordability to put pressure on you to make higher offers. Beware of their agents (Seth, Michael) who are very skilled at conning first-time buyers.
