Google Bad Review 1: It is not fair and open resource. They didn't allow me to post a negative review about some trader who didn't appear and didn't contacted me. They told me as any work wasn't done I can't post reviews. But that I lost whole day waiting for them is not considered. It is not responsible trader. All trader's rate is 100% and this is not true! People need to know all true feedback about traders! I don't know what is worse: not to come up as promised or not to post a negative review…

£1000 to join them and so far not a single job has come from it…
The amount of job leads as a tradesmen that comes from TrustATrader is far less than I get from another site like MyBuilder. It seems a lot of money to be part of a TrustATrader membership.
It seems current members with loads of feedback get top pick or get contacted and the new tradesmen dont get anything. There should be a way to use feedback from other sites
