Google Bad Review 1: I have been torn on writing a review for TIL since my wedding in August 2017! Finally getting my wedding photos through I realise its the only way to let go of the utter disappointment is to share my experience so others can make a more informed decision. I couldn't find any reviews for TIL and I really wish I had known, despite being well intentioned, this company is extremely unprofessional and amateur. I could list many mistakes that cost me hundreds of pounds in unexecuted ideas but by far the worst thing was to walk down the isle to see my traditional wedding table (which meant so much to me I had to fight the council to have it approved) absolutely butchered. despite explicit instructions the effort put into following these instructions were not to the standard of a wedding planner at all. During the day there was little to no coordination at all. I really wish I hadn't brought Trust in Love in because in the end my caterers and DJ did everything and not only was it a waste of money it was a huge cost. What made it worse was that on complaining I received a response full of excuses instead of taking responsibility. The reality is this company made a negative contribution to the day despite being fully reassuring and confident up to the day itself. I was made to feel like I did not need to worry and could trust the whole day would be under control which made things worse as I could have asked family to assist more if I had known the level of incompetence.

It meant we could really relax and not stress in the run up – and on the big day! She was so friendly and helpful – and put in so much effort, with extra little touches that meant so much! Every wedding needs Trust in Love!!
