Google Bad Review 1: For £90 They took my photo, they took my name, they took my address, they took my phone number, they took my email address and my appointment would be confirmed by email.
when I hear nothing from them, I phone them.
A chap tells me an email was sent to me and i`ve missed my appointment.
However, when I go in, the girl on the desk tells me they don`t send emails and that I did attend my appointment!
…(my untreated injury suggests otherwise.)
So, with a charming smile I am offered No rebooking, No refund, No appology and No treatment.
UPDATE.. one month on..

Google Bad Review (2): Triyoga did not honor the month long trial pass and I had to seek a refund through my credit card company on the basis of services not provided. They have problems at every level of management, including the executive level, and this creates an environment of fast food chain store yoga disguising itself as the real deal. Go anywhere else and you will have a better experience. Try youtube and you will have better instruction.
