Google Bad Review: I went to Hammersmith SELT centre for my GESE B1 test. I was greeted well by staff at the entrance. There were few other people who came there for the test too. He took us to examination hall. At the examination hall staff were nice too. After leaving all my belongings into the locker, I was asked to wait for my turn. After waiting for 5 mins I was called by a staff for the registration. The lady name “Michelle”, who was doing registration was extremely rude and made me feel very unwelcomed. I was anyway bit nervous because of the atmosphere of a examination hall and Michelle's rude behaviour made me very uncomfortable. While doing my registration she came across that I wasn't registered as per my full passport name (2nd half of my first name was not entered). Although my first name, middle name and last name was absolutely correct and as per passport name. But Michelle presented this mistake to me as of I've done something terribly wrong. She was suspecting me as I've done a fraud. Forget about explaining to me anything further she did not even let me say a word. She just handed over one leaflet and asked me to ring them. I never write reviews of anything but I was feeling so embarrassing and down because of Michelle's extremely rude behaviour. I literally broke down in tears in the elevator while leaving examination hall.
