Google Bad Review 1: ordered plywood – I was not told it wasn't in stock. Got a delivery date; I waited onsite and it never arrived and I was not phoned. I rang and got a possible delivery next day – never turned up. Day after I phoned them and was told there was no sure date, so I cancelled my order. Still waiting for me money to be refunded. I won't use TP Plaistow again.
