Google Bad Review: The whole chain is set with one thing in mind to take your money, if you have an issue there is no way the staff will be able to help you because no one is given the permission to help, i have been given phone numbers in Spain , call centers email address's and website help pages that didn't exist. All to try and get a refund when i double booked due to not receiving confirmation for my first booking, which they admitted and apologized and promised a refund but the system just gives you the run around until you give up trying to find someone who is has any authority. A prime example of a faceless company who care little about their staff or customers.
